Urgent help needed, first time using Allegro PCB designer

Hi everyone

I started an industrial placement with a company, I just finished my second year of University.

I have been tasked with redesigning a PCB and only given 24 hours. It's not a practise, my boss needs it urgently. I have only used OrCAD schematics at Uni with a tiny bit of PCB design, and we use Allegro PCB designer here which I have no idea how to use.

I need to move some pins around and shrink the PCB board, and move the track.

If anyone has any useful tips at all, please do post, I am desperate as this is my firts real chance to prove myself to my boss and I would really like to come back with a finished product tomorrow.

Any useful tools will be appreciated. I have gotten used to the side bars such as the option, find and visiblilty and just have used a few basic functions like move, delete, plot/print etc.

Specifically i would like to know how to resize the PCB, how to autoroute (I tried and it sent random tracks all over the place rather than the neat organised order that my boss wants), how to move a track form one layer to another and the same for nodes, and how to reshape copper tracks so they go where I want them to.

Any other tips and pointers will really be appreciated. I'd really love ot have gone through videos and learned how to use it, but due to time contsraints I really need just some straight tips on how to do what Im aiming for so if anyone can share any tips at all that will give me a few extra tools to use, you will be making my life a lot easier.

Thanks in advance for any help at all. When I gain more experience I will try to answer other questions here and give back for any help i receive. I will be aiming to attend some cadence courses etc in the long run.

Thanks and best wishes
