Problems logging into forum

 Does anybody else ever run into login problems? I can be shut out for a day or weeks at a time. I have been in contact with tech support, but not much help there.

Yesterday I was able to log on and post a question as well as answer a few. This morning I went to log in and either got sent to the Cadence home page or an alert page telling me that I need an account to log in. I even went so far as registering for a new account this morning and still couldn't log in with that on either.

Tonight I try and I can log in with no issue, but all day I was unable to.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just the forum gods getting tired of my inane questions and giving me a time out?

    Hi Tom,

    Yes - All the time!  Actually, replying to this post is the first time in a while I haven't had login difficulties.  I thought it was related to IE browser/security settings for a bit, but then had tried using Chrome and had the same issue.

    I also tried "resetting" my password, which changed it to something non-rememberable until I logged in and changed it.  That didn't fix the issue either, as I still have problems sporatically.  The forum admins must have a "time of day random number generator" in their login settings <grin>.

    A few re-boots seems to have cured the problem, at least temporarily - -

    Thanks Roger for letting me know I'm not the only one. It is a shame as I do find this forum a good resource, but it can be very frustrating at times when you have a question and can't log in!
