Orcad capture quits unexpectedly

I am using ORCAD capture v16.3. I attempted to edit a part from a schematic by selecting that part and choosing 'edit part' option in the menu. I edited that part and saved it. When I click on 'update current' or 'update all', it displays a warning and the capture application closes.

The same problem does not occur when I click on 'Discard' instead of 'update current' or 'update all'. Is this a bug in my settings? Please help me in solving this issue.

    Make sure you are using the latest Hotfix for 16.3 which you can get from Cadence or the Channel Partner where you bought the software.
