PDF Export successful but no file generated

Im using the Tcl/Tk unitility to export an intelligent pdf of my schematic. (Allegro Design Entry CIS 16.6 on Windows7 64 bit)

I've got all the paths set correctly

Postscript Drier:PDFCreator
PS to PDF Converter Ghostscript

Windows pop up during the coversion.  The first ones are too fast to read but I assume they are the conversion to postscript.  Then a second window pops up saying "Printing file on the and the PDFCreator on PDFCreator Page #"  where # increments.  The utility finishes successfully. However when I look in my destination folder there is no pdf there.

Any idea what is going on?  I've copied my output log below.

    I changed my path from

    {C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.09\bin\gswin64c.exe}

    to

    {C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.09\bin\gswin64c.exe} -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=$::capPdfUtil::mPdfFilePath -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE $::capPdfUtil::mPSFilePath

    The program now generates a pdf file. The message log is ending with an unrecoverable error but it seems to be working

    The pdf that is generated ends with the message pasted below.  It does not output the reference designators or the nets as links in the pdf. The second pdf file with the tables of object properties is not generated either.  Any idea how to fix this?

    Solution:

     Need to use gswin32c.exe.  Even though my computer is running a 64 bit operating system gswin64c.exe throws errors.
