Cannot find "Out of date shape"

Hi @all!

I got the message "Out of date shape", but i'm not able to find it. I know i can click on the colored box in the status window and i will get the coordinates. It says, Bottom, Etch, N20936827, state: no etch, but the coordinates are changing. Some are in the design area (0/0 or 26.2192/26.2192), some are way outside like 0/16111.9016 which i can not check (my design area is 1000x1000).

If i check the coordinates inside the design area - i find nothing (all layer active). Any suggesstions?

There are many posts about this subject but turn all layers off except Stackup / Layer the out of date shape is on Bound option which will only show the Boundary of the out of date shape. Then click on the report swatch and the co-ordinates and it will centre the screen on the out of date shape.

Try turning off all layers, then just turn on the bounday layers. This is common when a shape does not get filled maybe because it is to small. The boundary will remain. Boma

thanks for your answer. but it did not help. it's just nothing there. if i activate all layers i tried to zoom in exactly on the coordinates and to select the shape but it says no element. if i deactivate all layers, and the reactivate just the boundaries i got a blank screen on those coordinates.

this is ridiculous. i tried making the design area bigger (20000x20000) - but know i get coordinates like 0/50000 instead of 0/16000. something is definitely wrong!
