Out-of-Date Shape Update Problem

I have designed a board and finally poured dynamic copper on top and bottom. the board is 4 layer board with top-gnd-vcc-bottom stackup and gnd pours are there on both top and bottom.

the problem is that when i tried to generate artwork, it said "update out dated shape" when i clicked on the status display for the outdated shape, it showed me a point which was out of the design area( i mean out of page area) i have also gone through some of the threads in this community, and upon trying those solutions, each time i tried to update the sahpe, it comes up with a ridiculous coordinates which are out of the page extents. the shape is under gnd layer and it is no-etch type. once it showed that shape inside the page area.,then i tried turning all the parameters in the colour dialog box to see it at that particular coordinate., but nothing was present there.please have a look at the screenshot

i had spent almost 50 hours on that board and it should go to manufacturing, but this problem has struck and hung me for almost 3 hours.

someone please resolve my problem. i would be grateful. Screenshot is here

Have you run DBDoctor?  Also might try deleting the shape by turning off everything in the find filter except shapes and type in the coordinate on the command line.

Try turning on all layers on the BOUNDARY class. Clicking on the xy location should take you to the unfilled dynamic shape.
