Thermals not updating

I have a dynamic positive plane on the top layer. When I go to global dynamic shape parameters and change the thermals from full contact to diagonal or orthogonal and click ok only the via get updated. How do I get the thru hole and smt thermals to update ?

OK try a Shape - Select Shape or Void then left click the shape then RMB - Parameters. Look at the same Thermal Relied Connects but this time this is for just this shape. If that doesn't help What are the Clearances set to DRC or Thermal/anti. If it's the latter try changing to DRCa dn see if that helps. You could also try a DBDoctor. Also make sure you are on the latest 16.6 hotfix (S024).
