     By value I believe you mean the diameter of the circle ?

    You can do that like this.

    Choose Shape > Circular.

    Over on the right hand side of the screen click on options. You will notice "Circular Shape Creation"

    Choose the option "Place Circle" and enter the size of its radius in the Radius box.

    Doing this will place a shape on your cursor of the size you need.

    Place the shape where you need it.

     Dear Scott,

    I am using allegro 16.2.

    I chose Shape->Circular.

    Then over on the right hand side of the screen I clicked on options.

    But I am not able to notice "Circular Shape Creation" ?

    Could you please tell me why it is doing so .

    Kind Regards,

     Once you have selected the centre point at the command line type ix or iy and the value of the radius, so if you wanted a 10mm radius circle type ix 10 at the command line and a circle is drawn that size.
