OrCad 16.6 Lite

Hi all,

I've just tried OrCad 16.6 lite version. I used capture cis to design a simple circuit, but I wasn't able to run Pspice because the assosiated toolbar was unabled.

Can anyone help to this?

Thanks in advance.

There is a possibility that you did not start the project as Analog / Mixed AD, you can change this by deleting the OPJ file associated with the project, and then opening the DSN file, with File>Open>Design in Capture and specifying Analog / Mixed AD as the project type. You may also need to change the components in the design with ones from the PSpice libraries since these will have the necessary property for the simulator. (You may have exceeded the design limits but that's "unlikely" for a simple design)
