Allegro 16.6 on windows7 invoking error

We are facing one issue when we install allegro16.6 on widows7.

Once after invoking allegro it is default going to studio licence. giving an error. And we are not able to open 16.6 allegro due to this error.

As shown in the attached snapshot.

Please let me know any one can help me on this

    As the message states, the license manager has an Options file that specifically excludes your host, machine, or your user, account, from obtaining a license from the license manager. Since Allegro Studio is likely the last license feature checked, I would suspect that the exclusion covers "all" features from that license manager. The license manager may be configured to Include specifc machines and accounts, in which case your machine / account needs to be added to that list. (Or removed from the Excluded list). You will need to get the administrator of the license manager to make the necessary changes to the license manager configuration, Options file.

    You might need to get a new license file from Cadence. I believe they have changed some of the products in 16.6. Or try selecting a different product.
