Hi ,

I am facing an issue in Drill to copper feature spacing.Due to my manufacturer requirment I need to have a minmum of 13.78 Mils spacing for any Drill(PTH/NPTH) to any other copper feature.I have set drill to all others as 13.78.But still afterupdating DRC I am not getting the error in PCB .The above situation is shown in the image attached.

Kindly let me know how to resolve the issue .

Check to make sure that the Hole To checks are enabled (they aren't by default becuase normally Pad to checks would be sufficent. Look at Setup - Constraints - Modes - Spacing Modes and make sure that ALL the Holt To DRC's are checked.

Sorry my mistake - the Hole to checks will only come into effect if the holes have no pads (or a pad smaller than the hole). The Pad to rules will win. This normally happens when you use the unused pad suppression option or have a non-plated mechanical hole.

If this is part of a footprint, seems like a circular polygon on the RouteKeepout class would permanently solve the problem.

(still trying to figure out what the footprints I use from Samtec do to solve the problem.)

The issue is mainly with Vias.
