Hi.. i had found some tips and tricks for the OrCAD 16.3 editor. In that, they said some commands to work, but how can edit the define variables file in the user preference editor, and how can i save it and where it could been saved. So can any provide better solution for this problem. Thanks & Regards Dhamodharan

Anything you set in the User Preferences editor is written to your env file. This is normally stored in %HOME%\pcbenv folder where %HOME% is normally C:\SPB_Data but to confirm type %HOME% into the address bar of a windows explorer window. Once you find the env file you can edit this with a text editor and add customization (like shortcut keys etc) to the top section. Any settings made in the User Preferences are stored at the section below ###User Preferences section. They will normally be set/unset then the variable name.
