How to use the thieving parameter in pcb?

I had worked on the pcb, but when i am try to put the set of free vias, i had used the parameter of theiving. When i am try to use it, that has been get enabled for single layer.How to use the parameter? Thanks & regards Dhamodharan

     There are videos showing how to add via arrays on youtube channel parsyseda for both Allegro and OrCAD. The theiving method adds a surface mount pad which you can change to use a through hole via. Either use Tools - Padstack - Replace, then click on the theiving via and then select a different pth via or try a tools - padstack - modify design padstack and then click on the theiving via then right click - edit, this launches pad designer and you can change the pad to suit. File - Update to design and exit will write the changes back to the PCB. Either of these methods might create DRC errors so you will need to check what you do.
