Right Click Copy Command in Allegro 16.6

In 16.6 when I try to use the RMB copy to copy a straight line it just never seems to copy it correctly. Basically it copies it but during the copy process it is snapping the line or cline off grid, so the original grid for the new line is not maintained.

If I use the standard copy command copying works fine and the copied line or cline remain on grid.

Any clues would be helpful

    This seems to be a feature of the pre-select copy vs Edit>Copy, getting this reported to Cadence through Support, or your Channel Partner, will re-enforce requests that is not working as expected.
