User preference editor was not found in CADENCE?

Suddenly the user preference editor option at setup parameter option is been not opened . The message is "No preferences files found." Any help please.. It urgent.

     Close PCB Editor down, locate your %HOME% location (type that in a windows explorer window) and then rename the pcbenv folder to pcbenv_old. Then restart PCB Editor and try again.
