At Allegro constraint manager nets are not enabled?

After the component placement, when i try to put routing, on constraint manager the nets are been not get enabled. Default the 24V net is get enabled on all the all parameters. I had tried to set the constraint modes in the PCB editor at setup----->constraints------> modes.But still facing the problem. But me need to set the different values for different nets. Thanks & Regards Dhamodharan.
