3D viewer of pcb

Hi....just finished up a 2 layer pcb and now working on the STEP 3D viewer. So far so good finding all the STEP files and getting them onto the pcb...but when I go into the 3D viewer I see all the parts....the etch/shape layers....but the green FR4 view is not there. I know I had this working some months ago but I cannot for the life of me remember now. I searched on this site and others but didn't see an answer.

Whats step am I missing?

TIA

To see the Green FR4 launch the 3D View then View - Model Colors.

Hi Steve.....I tried that....didn't do it. Tried everything under the menu's in the 3D viewer. Darn...I know I did this but what the heck isn't turned on? Or could it be this pcb was "translated" over from the old 9.2 package? Thanks.

Try View - Show Design Stackup and View - Model Colors (works for me...) Can you post a screenshot if this doesn't work so I can see what you are not seeing ?

Not sure if I sent the jpg right....but just incase.....the pcb outline is there....all the STEP parts....the clines/pins....ect. Just that the pcb is not filled in with the normal green I see in others views. Its like you can look through the pcb.

    Thanks!
