Netlist Aborting in allegro PCB editor 16.5

Hi guys,

               I got the following error while netlisting a design. i dont know what is the problem, if anybody knows or experienced on this error, pls help me to solve.


#1 ERROR(ORCAP-36052): Value for property PCB Footprint contains carriage return for CAN.
#2 ERROR(ORCAP-36018): Aborting Netlisting... Please correct the above errors and retry.

    I think you have a carriage return in the PCB Footprint property for the part. Delete what's there and retype it so it just says the PCB Footprint name.

    Try to check footprint properties and update the netlist. The carriage return must be the property defined in footprint.

    If footprint contains " .  " or / type of special character or name of footprint in .dra file is not same than this type of error occur also if one footprint name is in small and other (in orcad design file ) is capitol this also create a problem so keep all the file name  exact same
