OrCAD Capture Crashing

Hello - I am using OrCAD Capture with CIS v 16.6.  I and several of my co-workers experience crashing of the tool particularly when using CIS and Part Manager.  When it crashes I receive the following message:  "This application has quit unexpectedly.  To help Cadence detect and analyze the problem, archive the current project.  To submit the archived project, contact Cadence Customer Support."   I also occasionally need to end the Capture.exe process by going into Task-Mgr in order to restart Capture.  I also notice that just prior to the crash I am unable to eliminate the asterisk that appears indicating an unsaved session.  Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
