Update PCB from schematic

Inevitably in the course of working on the PCB layout I needed to make a change to the schematic. This is the first design that I've done with Orcad.

I got an error when placing a part and needed to update the schematic side - I needed to update a component.  Now I am unsure how to push this change to the PCB side.  I didn't really see this covered in the tutorial and I am afraid of screwing up the work I've already done.  So how does one push a change from the schematic capture to an in-progress PCB layout?

Forgive me for being a newb, but I don't think I'm doing this right.

I regenerated my netlist files in ORCAD by going to Tools>Create Netlist and unselecting the "Create or update PCB editor board" box

I went back into Allegro and tried to import the changes by going to File>Import Logic>Import Cadence

    I got the following:

    CmdLine: netrev -$ -i CLOCK_INTERFACE_BOARD -y 1 C:/Orcad_Projects/Clock_Interface/allegro/#Taaaaah05836.tmp

------ Preparing to read pst files ------

    #1 ERROR(24) File not found

    Packager files not found

#2 ERROR(102) Run stopped because errors were detected

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
