Enable of Full screen cursor?

How to enable the full screen cursor in Allegro PCB editor 16.6?

What is the option to enable /  disable it , whenever i need it ?

    Why do we have that option of Full screen cursor. Does it anyway help us in reducing designing issues? I hope not.

    Then when do we use it and why.

    It's just a user preference.  I personally use the full screen cursor because I find it handy to quickly line things up. especially during placement.
