What's this V line? (it's Not Clines)

the V lines I probe is not Clines.  What are they?

the pin and power plane share the same VDD net.  So, the Vlines are connecting the pin to the plane

    Looks like thermal reliefs. Do a display element on the cline, it will report that if they are thermals. You can then go to the shape on the right and change thermal relief generation if you don't want them.
