i.Mx6 SoloLite, 0.5mm BGA fabrication

Hi ,

I am presently working on i.mx6 sololite processor based project which is having 0.5 mm pitch.hence bga breakout is maintained as 3mil tracewidth and 3.33 spacing.

i'll be very much thankful, if anybody can suggest a Fabrication House for this application in India, its getting critical at the moment.

    Suggestion : When you work with 0.5mm pitch BGA Package its always ideal to go with VIP & HDI technology . It will solve many issue related to fabrication & assembly caused by the standard design PCB design rule. Make use of gloss->add fillet to strengthen the breakout contact
