Now currently I am placing the  components on the board.

In that, while i am trying to move the pin directly in component while placed on PCB.Now I am using OrCAD PCB Editor 16.3.

The pins can be directly moved on  my board is possible for my OrCAD 16.3?

Any body faced this problem before?  Any solution........

You can do this but it's not really advised. You should really fix the footprint and do it properly. If you MUST do it add a property to the symbol you wish to edit (Edit - Properties, then select the symbol) and add UNFIXED_PINS to the symbol. You can now move pins in this symbol.
