Snap mouse to grid?

Hello!

I am new to PCB editor, although i have some experience with Cadence's Entry_CIS. I've read "Complete PCB Design Using OrCAD Capture and PCB Editor"

Just a couple quick questions:

1) What is the best way to find information about PCB editor, google has failed me at every query I send it -.-

2) How do I snap mouse to grid, not just components?

3) I am running on a windows 8.1 computer that was built for Windows XP.  That's an issue because there hasn't been an update for the graphics card since Vista.  My screen randomly goes black, and I have to F5 or scroll to see again. Any ideas for solutions?

    4) You can align components, any way to align wires?

    1) press F1, which will start help. Also you can try cadence online help. 2)Run any command that supports snap, RMB-snap pick to-grid point. 3)Not sure about this, maybe you can try to disable OpenGL to get better display performance.
