Edit Property Window

I have a schematic which has a few pages, none of which contain any hierarchical blocks.

I open a page which has several discrete parts such as R's, C's among others.

I need to edit the properties of these parts. So, I selected one, and right clicked to choose the "Edit Property".

This opened  up a new window "Property Editor"

In this Editor, a screen shot of which is shown below, I used to be able to see all the Properties such as "Value", "Reference Designator" and about two dozen other ones.

Now I am unable to see these and edit them. I am able to click on the "Filter By" scroll bar and select "Orcad-Capture". Doing this, displays a few more properties which can be edited. However, this is not the full list. There are many more that need to be edited and saved.

I used to be able to do this when I first installed OrCAD (16.6). Then I did something in the Part Manager to hide the visibility of certain properties. Now, I am unable to open the "Edit" option because when I right click and choose it from this window after selecting the part, it does not open up a new box or a new window.
