converting .lib in encounter to spectre/spice format

Hello colleagues.

This is a basic question.

I have a spice netlist, but my library files are in the encounter format(.lib).

Can someone please advice on how to convert this to spectre format?

I am trying to use SPP, Not sure what is missing.
