Does any 3rd party tool available for viewing?

This is done by the another tool.

I known that to assign the step model for each components to mate it. I want to any OrCAD app available for 3D viewing externally.

Any app available in OrCAD App store?

No app but try a Google Search for IDA-STEP. There are many others for free 3D Step viewing
