Move and offset updated symbol (component)

I had an old revision of the board, and I replace some Ethernet connectors with new ones.

Those are fixed, because they have fixed places on the panel I have, and I don't want to loose their position and orientation.

New Ethernet jacks are slightly longer, but I reuse older symbols, so origin is the same, grids are same. When I do update netlist with new ones, they stay exactly on the places of the old ones, but they need slight correction in y direction (for example, there can be also slight correction in x). Symbols are 90deg rotated to original position when created in library.

If I Move the component and use command line

x (new x coordinates, new y coordinates) it goes in quite different place, and show element after this show me different coordinate of one I write down

x (new x coordinates, new y coordinates) yields same thing

OK, now I try now Draftting Offset move - first time I move in y direction with 0.1 connector jumps quite a lot, then offset moves are exact, but this takes a lot of time and effort.

What am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance!

Check your pick location (body centre/userpick/Symbol origin).. Simpler will be iy value (eg:iy 0.1 or iy -0.1)

Thanks Girish - iy value may work for me. When I use "Show element" for a symbol, it always show Symbol origin coordinates, or this can be changed, too? Even when I change pick location to origin and try move by " x x.xxx x.xxx" or "y x.xxx x.xxx" it not moves as I want to.I tried origin, center of the symbol and pin one, but probably do something fundamentally wrong because it not move in a logical way or the way I want...

Absolutely  no issue with footprint  !! its movement is fine . I manually placed in board file its movement is  proper when I enter coordinates

    Final solution may  be

1)run pcb editor utilities ->run DB docotor on board file ..

2)Look any property attached to symbol (edit object property select symbol)

3)Try placing symbol manually & check movement

    Regards
