I am using default text block sizes for reference designator silkscreen.

In your experience, can all board houses all print text block 1, which is 16x25?

I have been using 25 X 25 mils, 5 mils photo width and 1 mil char space on a lot of boards.

    Regards,

    Vinnie

The "photo width" column says 0 by default on all of these, so that's a bit confusing. Would be nice to see a document that just tells us what these all mean.

Photo Width is the line weight, most of board houses can not produce less than 5 mils line on silkscreen, my understanding we must have minimum 5 mils or more.

    Regards,
