How can I make this Pspice model work?

I need to create the Pspice model of the transistor BD139. I found the Pspice parameters on the web and introduced them whit model editor, uploaded the component in my library and then run simulation, didn't get any errors. The output characteristic is very odd, it isn't a smooth curve and it has pA-uA in place of mA-A .The electrical schematic is whit a tension divider in the base: Rb1 = 9K , Rb2 = 1K , Rc = 2k5 , Re= 1k3 . I apreciate any help. Thank you!

Sorry for not specifying. I don't have any errors, the output characteristic isn't good, as you can see in the photo. I have licensed installation, V16.5.
