How can I make this Pspice model work?

I need to create the Pspice model of the transistor BD139. I found the Pspice parameters on the web and introduced them whit model editor, uploaded the component in my library and then run simulation, didn't get any errors. The output characteristic is very odd, it isn't a smooth curve and it has pA-uA in place of mA-A .The electrical schematic is whit a tension divider in the base: Rb1 = 9K , Rb2 = 1K , Rc = 2k5 , Re= 1k3 . I apreciate any help. Thank you!

trans-2015-08-26T18-31.zipSeems to fine for me, check the supply voltage?

I checked the supply voltage in my project and it is good, then I tried the project that you sent and didn't work. I loaded the project, edit the simulation settings (DC Sweep / Voltage Source - V1 / Sweep type - Linear - 0 - 10 - 0.1), in the Pspice A/D (X axis log I(Q1:C)/ Y axis 0mV - 500mV ) and the trace V(Q1:B). What am I doing wrong?

This still seems fine to me. Perhaps you could provide some bounds to the statement "didn't work", like you got an error message, or some such? Do you have a licensed installation, or running in Lite mode?

Sorry for not specifying. I don't have any errors, the output characteristic isn't good, as you can see in the photo. I have licensed installation, V16.5.

Let the X-axis be linear instead of logarithmic.
