xsection and design parameters not working in PCB Designer

We have updated to 16.6  I am having a problem with cross sections and design parameters.  Setup>cross-section or Setup>design parameter do not pull up the expected screens.  In fact they pull up nothing.

Has anyone run into this issue before?  Co Workers do not seem to have this issue.

Warm Regards

I have noticed that there are times when my forms do not come up.  Perhaps that is what you are experiencing?  Try exiting out and opening the board back up.  That cures it for me.

Yea,  I had already tried that one and a reboot.  No luck.

By chance, are you used to working on two monitors, and now using just one?  Maybe the forms are up on the (missing) monitor?  Allegro has an issue with that sometimes.

Outside of that, I think a service request is in order.

It never hurts to run Allegro in safe mode to see if the problem goes away.

Add -safe after allegro.exe in the program shortcut to run Allegro in safe mode.

If your issue goes away than the problem is with your user configuration - just rename or remove the allegro.geo file in your PCBENV folder located in your Home directory and restart Allegro.

    Hope this helps,

It turns out I needed a hotfix provided by EMA. I was not on the most current version of Allegro. 16.6 is on rev 60 now. Everything cleared up and things are working better then ever. Funny how that works. Thank for the responses
