Hierarchical Schematic not printing all pages

I'm using Orcad 16.5 and have modified an existing (ancient) schematic that had 80 pages.

When I choose "print" from the schematic level, the output only contains one of each of the unique pages and does not contain the full hierarchy of "duplicate" pages.

I haven't been able to find any settings that make a difference.

Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Does anyone have a way to debug this? I really need to print...

This same schematic can be printed by the CAD layout guy who is running 16.6. I hesitate to update as the design is almost done.

Do you have the Instance option picked under the Print window?

Thanks so much! I had tried Occurance mode before and it didn't work, but I didn't check the "include pages outside hierarchy" so that must have done the trick. I got all 78 pages now!
