How to route SDR SDRAM ?

Hello ,

Nowadays, i design high speed board.I use  SDR SDRAM but i dont find enough documents. i have questions. when i examine datasheets, sdr 's

signals are LVTTL. I think, SDR signals dont have to differential signals?  is it requires a special routing?









Other problem is lenght matching?
