non plated mechanical pin no clearance to copper ?

I have a footprint with two non plated mechanical pins. It looks like the copper flows to the drill size with no clearance from the drill to the copper . Shouldn;t it be the same as a regular non plated pin that has clearance ?

    OK, the padstack has mech pins use antipads as route keepouts. Disabled this and the problem solved!
