Allegro is not working properly

I am currently working with allegro 16.0 licensed version in my office. I can't add sub classes to the art work and also i can't manually place the component to y board any one can help me on this issue

I am adding a image that is the window that i am getting when i try to create artwork...............

    You could try closing PCB Editor and removing the "pcbenv" directory, you can get the location from Tools>Utilities>Env. Variables. Otherwise, there is not much that can be done since16.0 launched in 2007 and was last around in 2008 and was only supported on Windows XP and Vista at that time.
