hi experts, can anyone explain me that what is the reason that we could not keep the silkscreen on a mask opened via and pads..as per manufacturing aspects after the mask is applied to outer layers..then the silk is printed..why should the silk doenot fall on mask opening?

It sounds more like a fabricator requirement. They are looking for a consistent surface on which to print the silk. If you state clearly in your fabrication notes that it's ok to print silk over pads/mask openings then this should not be a problem. Just convince your fabricator that it's ok and move on. (Personally? I do not allow silk over pads or mask though)
