How to delete Board geometrty outline

true wanderer

Hi,

I have created the footprints for some particular components. I added outline for my footprints from "board geometry" class by adding rectangle instead of choosing line from the tan "Add". I want to remove that outline because our fabrication house advised to correct it. But i'm not able to delete the outline. I found that if i drew outline using line(from 'Add' tab) instead of rectangle, i could delete it simply by right clicking and choosing delete option. But i can't find delete option in my case. How can i delete the rectangular outline under the class board geometry?

Any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend; that if you use the board geometry in the part/symbol:

I would edit the part and remove the outline on the part.

Save, and create symbol, then go back to your board design and refresh the symbol.

If you don't do this then every time you use that footprint in the future you will encounter this issue.

    Note: fix the root cause!

    Regards,
