Footprint Viewer Not Present / Missing in OrCAD Capture 17.2

The footprint viewer functionality appears to be missing in OrCAD Capture 17.2.  Can anyone else confirm and/or suggest a fix?

I keep getting the following errors for any footprints from a path other than the standard Capture path:

"Footprint <Footprint Name> does not exist in path specified in section Allegro Footprints, please check"

I tried adding the directories in "C:\Cadence\Cadence\Cadence_SPB_17.2-2016\tools\bin\CAPTURE.INI" as Dir1, Dir2, etc.

I keep my footprints + pads in separate folders (both linked as separate Dir's above), could this be the issue? If not, is there something else I can do to configure this?
