Cadence Tcl/tk Utilities not seen in accessories menu in OrCAD 17.2

I am not sure if I saw this question earlier, but why is the Cadence Tcl/tk Utilities not seen in accessories menu in OrCAD 17.2 ?

Please suggest what needs to be done

That's correct, because the Utilities that were there have been incorporated as menu functions, like More Preferences in Options>Preferences for Extended Preferences and File>Export>PDF for the PDF Export and so on.
