Display part property if it exists without the name of the property

Hello,

In the Display Properties window (Options > Part Properties > Display) when editing a schematic symbol there is an option "Both if Value Exists," but not one for only the value to show if it exists. Values show up as "Property Name = Value" with the "Both if Value Exists" checked and "<Property Name>" with "Value Only" checked (if nonexistent).

Is there a way to have only the value show up when it exists?

Thanks for your time.

Which exact version are you running? (Check from Help>About) "Value if Value exists" is certainly a current option for Property display in both the Part and Schematic Editors.

You have a Base Release of 16.6, from about November 2012, you need to get the latest hotfix applied to get this functionality in the Propertyy Display.

Thank you, using a current version not on my hard drive had this option. Is there also a way to have properties placed in another position if the part is rotated while being placed so that they do not overlap with pins?
