Gerber files are only partly created

 I completed my board layers only double sided. Using ORCAD 16.6

Ignored a few DRC errors where component were over each other.

When I run the Gerber files all seems OK. When viewing the Gerber layers only the left side top corner is done. The rest of the layer copper are missing

 I tried increasing the boarder outline without any effect.

Any other ideas

    Check you Manufacturing\Photoplot_Outline layer. My guess is that has a shape in the corner that you are getting output from.

    Thanks I had an internal cutout that revered to the boarder outline that blocked the output files.
