Replicate Section of PCB Placement without using Place Replicate

Hi all, I have to copy basically the same circuitry 3 times onto one board. It's roughly the same layout and I really don't want to do it 3 times a piece. I know that place replicate can take care of this, however, my company did not opt to get allegro professional and only got the standard which does not have place replicate (rage).

I tried using copy and paste, but that did not auto-assign refdes to the copied components. I know I can go through and reassign them individually myself, but I feel like I would make a mistake and that process is not MUCH easier than just redoing the layout.

So, is there a way to do this without place replicate that can make my life a little easier?

Can you not use a placement file for this? Export the current circuit, map the new refdesses (with excel or so) on it and correct the XY location with an easy offset (eg 100mm or so). Then import the placement file and move the new block into the correct position.
Small circuits I normally just copy and paste, and then using swap component to place the correct components on it.
