Footprint pads naming

So I'm making a foot print and symbol for a relay from TE Connectivity. PN 1-1393302-3

On the footprint I've named the center pins of the three pin column and row to match with the schematic symbol pin names (87 and 30).

The outside pins of the column and row are mechanical, but when routing and I try to connect them I get a DRC.

How can I get this solve as I can't also have same pin names.
