Vendor model export - Parts Editor error

Hi all,

Just joined the community.

I keep receiving the following error when I attempt to export vendor models to Capture using the PSpice Model Editor:

"Error (S2C3471) Base Part library does not exist"

I am using OrCAD Lite 17.2 on a Windows 8 platform.

Appreciate your decoding the error message and how I can correct it.

    You get the error message due to a bug which has been fixed in an update which has been applied to the licensed products but, even so, after getting this message the library files are still created correctly and will work in schematics and simulations.
