Why the box is not follow the mouse point when I use Library builder to choose the PINS IN DATASHEET

hi guys, have you ever encounter such problem: I import a datasheet in 17.2 library builder. And I click “select area ” to choose PINS in PDF。

But why the box is not follow my mouse point? This failure result to fault selection.

    Hi Colin - this just works for me so firstly make sure you are on the latest version. You should be able to access any updates from Download Manager. Remember you have to select area, choose what type of area then left click and drag to make the box. If that still doesn't help I suggest you talk to the channel partner who sold you the software and they can go through this with you.

    HI steve, THANKS for your support. I have not found the rootcause till now.But i realize that even the box is not follow the mouse point The selection is mostly correct. Seems just about 5% fail rate. Maybe I have to work under this condition recently^^...^^. If i find the solution I will share with you. Happy chinese lunar new year.
