Library is open: please close to run this script Error!! while tcl scripting

Hi,

I got this error "Library is open: please close to run this script", when i executed a script second time after i got a syntax error on first execution.The tcl script is for library manipulation. Visually i cant see any opened  library. How can i close this library. which is opened in background while scripting, i assume. Is there any command?
