eDave help! SilkUtils window size not adjustable

Help eDave!  I tried using SilkUtils on my laptop for the first time (I use it sometimes on my desktop) and discovered that the tiny size of my laptop screen won't show the full SilkUtils popup window.  Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to resize it or move it like other Windows windows, if you know what I mean.  Help!
