Need help deleting a differential pair

Using OrCAD PCB Editor 16.6-2015

I'm trying to delete a differential pair, but getting very odd behavior. In Constraint Manager, I find the pair in Net->Routing->Differential Pair. I right-click on the pair name and choose Delete. The pair is then deleted, but also the tool decides to auto-generate edge-to-edge etch shapes on every layer of my board!. My board outline also disappears at this time.

What is going on here?

Firstly make sure you are running the latest hotfix (S021 for 17.2-2016). You can access this from http://support.cadence.com.. If you can't use your Host-ID talk to the Cadence Channel Partner who you bought the software from and they can issue you with a reference key. Once the hotfix is installed and if you still see the issue again talk to the Cadence Channel Partner who you bought the software from and they can help debug the issue or file a case with Cadence support. You can also try running Tools - Database Check (or Check - Database Check if your license is OrCAD branded), check all the boxes and click on Check and see if that helps b ut this certainly isn't default behaviour and needs investigating.

Edit sorry just seen you are using 16.6-2015, so the latest hotfix is S093 (you can see what you are running from Help - About).
